On November 1, 2024, the Turkish Center for Education, Science, and Culture of Düzce University was officially inaugurated at Almaty Humanitarian-Economic University (AHEU).

The Center will foster educational and cultural ties between Kazakhstan and Turkey, offering students opportunities to study Turkish language free of charge, participate in an additional program on inclusive education, obtain dual degrees, and engage in joint research and educational events.
