On April 17, 2024, a guest lecture was held on the topic: “Preservation of mountain ecosystems in the face of climate change.” Doctor of Geographical Sciences, Professor, Director of the Institute of Natural Sciences and Tourism of the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev M.M. Dyldaev spoke to the students and teachers. Lecture by Professor Dyldaev M.M. is devoted to the urgent problem of preserving mountain ecosystems in conditions of climate change. The main challenges facing this type of ecosystem are discussed, including climate change, anthropogenic impacts and biodiversity loss. The lecturer's presentation is intended to encourage students to think about the importance of conserving natural resources and the role they can play in this process.
