Brief biography: born on March 06, 1963 in the village of Akkol, Talas district, Zhambyl region.
In 1982 he entered the preparatory course of the Kazakh State University. CM. Kirov, in 1983 he entered the law faculty of this university. From 1985 to 1987 he served in military unit No. 31543 in Borzii, Chita region. He was drafted into the army by the military commissariat of freedom in Almaty. Upon arrival from the army, he continued his studies and graduated in 1990
Labor activity: 1990 - 1993 worked as an investigator, senior investigator of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Sarysu district of the Zhambyl region.
From 1993 to 1999 he worked as a teacher and senior lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Almaty Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 1999 to 2005 he worked as Deputy Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2005 to 2011 he worked as the head of the department of criminal law and criminology of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2011 to 2013, he worked as the Deputy Head of the Law Institute, he is also the Head of the Faculty of Full-time Education of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2013 to 2018, he worked as deputy head of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Makan Esbolatov for academic work, he is also the head of the Institute of Higher Education.
On December 30, 2018, he took a well-deserved rest, the colonel is in reserve.
Since September 2019, I have been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Economics, Services and Law of the Almaty Humanitarian and Economic University.
