Dr. Sergevnin is an outstanding expert in the field of law enforcement, criminology and management, with in-depth knowledge in the field of terrorism, juvenile justice, security and ethical issues. His research and teaching activities cover work with law enforcement agencies around the world, from the United States to Central Asia.
