11.10.2023 a round table on the topic was held at the Institute of Pedagogy, Business and Law: "State support of innovative business". The purpose of the round table is to form a holistic view of the role of state support for business and the introduction of innovations in various spheres of the economy, problems of legal regulation in the dialogue.
The round table "State support of innovative Business" was attended by the teaching staff of the Department of Economics, Services and Law of the IPBiP of the Almaty University of Humanities and Economics, as well as representatives of the Kyrgyz-Korean Institute in Central Asia, the Kyrgyz-Chinese Institute of KNU named after Zh.Balasagyn, the International University of Kyrgyzstan, NOU UNPC "MUK", Institute of Economics and Management of I.Arabaev KSU, Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B.N.Yeltsin.
The following issues were discussed during the round table: the state, problems and prospects of business development; directions of state support of business; legal regulation of innovative business, economic function of small and medium-sized enterprises; methodological prerequisites of innovative economy; positive and negative aspects of innovation in the economy.
Director of the Institute of Pedagogy, Business and Law, Doctor of Economics, Professor G.B. Nurlikhina, welcomed the participants of the round table, wished fruitful work. In her report, she stressed that the solution of the tasks of state support for entrepreneurship is impossible without the use of new innovative approaches to the implementation of state programs in business development.
Professor Ramazanov A.A. made a report "The role of small business in the economy: startup - innovative business idea and technology", in which he highlighted the issues of building a successful startup, the stages of creation and development from idea to profit, and also identified the difficulties faced by stratapers in Kazakhstan realities. The speaker particularly stressed the need for an integrated approach to the formation of business ideas and strategies for further development.
Akylbekova N. I., Head of the Department of Management, Institute of Management and Business, KNU named after Zh.Balasagyn made a report "SME – the driver of economic development", where she noted the role of small and medium-sized businesses in GDP growth, the impact on the structure of national economies, the formation of a competitive environment and the growth of economic independence and solvent demand of the population.
Sayakbayeva A.A., Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Finance, Higher School of Economics, KNU named after J. Balasagyn in her report "State support for small and medium-sized businesses in the Kyrgyz Republic" introduced the main direction of the government's program for the development and support of small and medium-sized businesses in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Teaching staff and students took an active part in the discussion, questions were asked to the speakers.
