The purpose of the educational program

Scientific and practical substantiation of the essence, functions, principles, content, methods and technologies of specialist training within the educational program "Pedagogy and Psychology".

Learning outcomes

ON 1 – carries out business correspondence, professional actions, analysis and synthesis of topical issues of scientific philosophy and speech communication in accordance with modern requirements in a multilingual environment.
ON 2 – substantiates the theory of laws, principles of teaching and upbringing, methods of teaching psychological and pedagogical disciplines, modern trends in education related to the needs of the labor market, taking into account changes in the socio-cultural, political life of society.
ON 3 – differentiates the mechanisms of structuring the perspective and strategic planning of a teacher-psychologist in the organization of the provision of psychological and pedagogical services, providing for the preservation of a safe educational environment for students.
ON 4 – integrates professional competencies and research field of activity based on methodological approaches and fundamental knowledge of creative psychology and pedagogy.
ON 5 – summarizes the basic concepts of differential psychology, its connection with health psychology with other sciences, the theory and methodology of professional self–knowledge and self-development in order to increase the experience of effectively solving pedagogical problems and situations.
ON 6 - interprets modern software tools for analyzing mathematical and statistical processing of experimental work of its own research.
ON 7 – classifies gaming activities and organization of trainings in the work of a graduate student, where the goal and result are important for the participants, contributing to the monitoring by the teacher-psychologist of the dynamics of changes in the mental state of the individual and the conduct of correctional work.
ON 8 – models the basic concepts of ethical science, the essence of the main categories of pedagogical morality and moral values that expand the possibilities of ethics of the information space of a teacher-psychologist.
ON 9 – categorizes the theory and practice of psychological and pedagogical counseling of subjects of the educational process and ethnic tasks of clinical psychology with the correct formulation of goals and objectives, forms and means of counseling carried out in educational and medical organizations.
ON 10 – states the theoretical foundations of psychodiagnostics in education, the importance of conceptual approaches, methods and forms of diagnosis in the educational process of psychological qualities and personality traits that contribute to the development of perception of knowledge and educational information by students.
ON 11 – evaluates theory and practice in the field of expertise and monitoring for planning and solving problems of professional and personal development based on the use of tools, methods, procedures and methods of expertise and monitoring of educational achievements by students.
ON 12 - predicts the leading ideas of analysis and interpretation of the results of psychological and pedagogical counseling and training, diagnosis, examination and monitoring of educational achievements and psychological state of the individual associated with the implementation of goals, objectives, means, values, scientific knowledge, thinking and creativity of students to make informed decisions in the management of the quality of education.
