V – International Contest "Creative World"
On the topic: "INSPIRATION WITHOUT BORDERS: MERGING NATIONAL AND CONTEMPORARY STYLES"
Dear colleagues!
Institute of Design and Technology "Symbat" of AGEU extends its gratitude to you and wishes you success and prosperity. Your work deserves high appraisal for creating unique and original content. Your creative projects not only expand the boundaries of design and art but also make a significant contribution to the development of the contemporary design community. Collaboration with leading creative institutions and industry highlights your key role in innovation and aesthetic progress.
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the International Designers Contest, and let our creative approach help connect the past with the present, inspiring the future.
The goal of the contest is:
to develop the creative potential of designers, artists, engineers, technologists, makeup artists, and stylists
to form a professional environment in the field of art and technology
to create a zone of international cooperation.
The contest is organized by the Institute of Design and Technology "Symbat" of AGEU
February 29 - March 1, 2024.
Professional categories of participants of the contest:
1. Category "Professional": practitioners and graduates (more than a year).
2. Category "Student": students of higher educational institutions and graduates (up to one year old).
3. Category "Junior": high school students of secondary specialized educational institutions.
Directions of the contest and nominations:
1. Innovations in the Textile and Apparel Industry:
● Fashion collections of clothes of different seasons and audiences
● Innovative materials are in fashion.
2. Fashion and Style in Modern Society:
● Design and clothing with ethnic motifs accessories.
● Traditional costume of different nations.
3. Modern Interior Design:
● Residential interiors (150 sq.m). Traditional architecture and its modern interpretations.
● Commercial interior (300 sq.m.): offices, restaurants, shops, etc.
4. Creativity in Graphic and Advertising Design of the International Contest:
● Attractive brand book and identity of the international design contest "Creative World".
● Creating clear and attractive communication, active interaction with the audience and promotion of the international contest.
5. Cultural Heritage and Art:
● Traditional craftmanship and handicrafts.
● Artistic felt, hand weaving, hand embroidery, kurak (patchwork), Kazakh national ornament (types and applications).
6. Art & Transformation Through Makeup:
● Make-up in cinema and theater (main character).
● Model make-up for photo shoots and fashion shows (on the theme of the show).
Conditions for participation in the contest:

- Fashion designers, interior designers, graphic designers, advertising designers, arts and craftsmen, artisans, fashion designers and technologists, hairdressers, make-up artists are invited to participate in the contest.
