She noted that the financial system is one of the backbone of the national economy, provides financing and regulates all aspects of financial and economic activities of business structures and the population.

The report "Banking products in business lending" was delivered by Shultanov Raimbek, Senior Manager for SME Lending at Forte Bank JSC, he presented the main issues of assessing the activities of entrepreneurs in modern conditions, conditions and requirements for lending to small businesses.

The report "Lending to the population: features and conditions" was delivered by A.O. Bazarbayev, Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor at Narkhoz University, who discussed with the audience the main approaches and modern methods of lending in assessing potential borrowers.

Candidate of economic sciences, professor of Narkhoz University M. K. Kozhakhmetova made a report "financial literacy: how to manage loans", which also presented the main approaches to managing bank loans of the population, especially in the period of their high creditworthiness and inability to pay credit payments.
