The representative of the International Monetary Fund CTP – CAC in cooperation with the Department of the Middle East and Central Asia, Alimkhan Taylaibek, presented materials on topical issues of investing in financial instruments of "green projects", in particular, the specifics of investments in the development and implementation of clean, energy-efficient and low-carbon projects, concessional lending and environmental bonds for the development of the financial market.

The guest lecture was attended by the faculty of the department and students of the OP «Finance», who showed special interest in the topic of the meeting, discussed the implementation of «green» finance in other countries, in Central Asian countries and state support in the implementation of these investments.
