In 1991, he entered and in 1995 graduated from the Almaty Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in Law and received the qualification "Lawyer" (diploma ZHB – 11 No. 0011642). Candidate of Legal Sciences, in 2001 successfully defended his dissertation on the topic "Problems of criminal law fight against illegal circulation of weapons, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices".In 2004, the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science awarded the academic title of "Associate Professor" in the specialty "Jurisprudence".The total work experience is 43 years, of which the teaching experience is 29 years.

1991-1995 - Studies at the Almaty Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 1995-2004 - Lecturer, Senior lecturer, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 2004-2012 - Deputy Head of the FOO of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 2012-2016 Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 2016-2018 Deputy Head of the Institute of Postgraduate and Additional Education of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Esbulatov. Since 2018, he retired from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on seniority. 2019 - present Associate Professor, Professor of the Department of Economics, Services and Law, Institute of Pedagogy, Business and Law, Almaty University of Humanities and Economics.
More than 100 scientific papers have been published.More than 100 scientific papers have been published. Including 1-monograph, 4-textbooks, 23-articles of the CCSON, co-authored comments and textbooks on the discipline of Criminal Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scientific articles.
