Vice-Rector for Science of Educational Work AHEU Seithamzina G.Zh. and Head of the Academic Affairs Department of IBPiP Nishanbaeva S.Z. On March 5-6, 2024, they took part in a seminar organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National Erasmus+ Office in Kazakhstan “Innovative strategy for teaching and learning: methods, technologies and tools” on March 5-6, 2024 at Astana IT University (Astana).
The main speakers of this seminar were experts from the National Team of Experts on Higher Education Reform and from the European Union within the framework of the Technical Assistance Mission (TAM).
The purpose of the seminar is to discuss modern learning and teaching strategies in the context of the latest trends in the higher education system, including teacher education, exchange best practices and develop specific recommendations by participants.
The main foreign expert was Ian Böhm, Head of the Department of Pedagogical Sciences at the University of Education of Upper Austria.
